JOSEPH A. PASQUALE

PRESIDENT

Joseph Pasquale is a Florida-based investor and operator focused on value-add small-bay industrial real estate.

He founded Southpaw Capital in 2023 with the mandate to acquire small to mid-sized light industrial assets in the Southeast through disciplined acquistion, proactive management, and flexible repositioning strategies.

Joseph leads sourcing, capitalization, and business-plan execution with the ability to close quickly and deploy pre-funded capex.

He holds a BA degree from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. Joseph maintains dual U.S. and EU (Italy) citizenship.

KEVIN J. BUXTON

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kevin Buxton joined Southpaw Capital in 2024 and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, managing due diligence and closing processes, and overseeing asset management and lease-up execution across the firm’s industrial portfolio.

Prior to Southpaw, Kevin worked in acquisition and asset management roles within the commercial real estate sector, where he developed expertise in evaluating value-add opportunities and driving performance across multi-tenant industrial assets.

He holds a BA degree from Miami University (Ohio) and a master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Miami.
